Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Return Window & Eligibility

Customers have exactly 7 days from the verified delivery date to initiate a return. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in good condition.

2. Return Labels & Packaging Rules

• Original Packaging: EGL will provide a pre-paid return shipping label only if the product is being returned in its original factory packaging.

• Alternative Packaging: If you no longer have the original packaging, you must source and purchase your own shipping label through a carrier of your choice to send the product back.

3. Shipping Requirements & Documentation

• Addressing: All return packages must be clearly addressed to Emery Game Line.

• RMA Form Requirement: Every return package must include a completed EGL Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form inside the box. Returns shipped without an RMA form inside will experience processing delays or rejection.

4. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

• Shipping Costs: The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs. If EGL provides a label for original packaging, the cost of that label will be deducted from your final refund.

• Restocking Fees: Upon arrival, all items are inspected. A restocking fee may be applied and deducted from your refund based on any damage or wear found on the product.

5. Refund Processing & Timelines

• Receipt Requirement: A refund will only be issued once the returned package is physically received and inspected at our facility.

• Processing Window: Please allow up to 3 business days from the date we receive your item for your refund to be processed and issued back to your original payment method.
